but overall, my experience living here is excellent, safe and accessible to all my needs
|Recommended: YesI've been a resident on this apartment for 3 years now, I feel safe and I love it. It is family-oriented community, it is close to all the necessities, walking distance to school bus stop and elementary school . To add, it is also a commuters dream due to its proximity to 200, US95, 495. I highly recommend this place.
The maintenance are very efficient , staffs are accommodating.

|Recommended: YesI absolutely love living here at Valor. The house is renovated well, its clean and cozy.
Maintenance is fast to respond, admin staffs are polite and professional.
The only comment I have is to improve its gym facility, they could add some new equipment to entice more residents to use it.
Parking so far so good I have no issues.
